The relaxing combination of brick patterns and fragrant smell in this room will make you feel so good. The brick salts stacked in this room directly came from the Himalayas. They contain different minerals that diffuse throughout the body to help invigorate cells. 

Cloud Room ☁️


This room generates its own clouds. A gentle aroma scent and meditation music presents a deep and comfortable rest as if you are lying on a cloud.

Cypress Room🌲

This room will make you feel like you’re in a forest. Cypress trees in this room were imported from Fukuoka. Cypress trees are rich in phytoncide and are known to be helpful for atopic dermatitis and asthma patients.

Relax Room 🖥


This room will make you feel like you’re in a cozy house. Here you can have a comfortable sleep or enjoy TV, movies, or music on a high quality recliner chair.

Media Art Room📽


This room will make you feel like you’re stargazing at night. It projects a 360-degree panorama video on the domed ceiling providing a themed healing space which makes you feel like you teleported to a serene secluded area. 

Elvan Stone Room 🏺


This room has magic stones. The elvan stones which came from Yecheon are known to help improve body constitution and relieve stress through eliminating toxic substances and waste from the body.

Yellow Ocher Room 🧠


This room is good for the brain! The yellow ocher used here originated from Gochang which emits far-infrared radiation helpful for stabilizing brainwave activity. Yellow ocher also has detoxifying and antibacterial properties.

Bulgama 🔥


This room is so hot, literally! True to its name, at 80 degrees celsius, this is the hottest room and is good for people who want to sweat away the toxic substances.

 There is also a huge snack bar which serves all sorts of comfort food for a total relaxation. 

It is recommended to try the all-time favorite Korean spa snack combo of roasted eggs and  sweet drink made from rice and pine nuts called sikhye 식혜.

Golf Day Cafe 

Here is a nice tip: After checking out in Aquafield, they will give you a coupon for the neighboring cafe called Golf Day where you can use the coupon to get an americano or hot choco beverage at 50% off or other drinks at 30% off. The interior of this small cafe is really nice and a nice detour before heading out after your Aquafield excursion. 

Kervan Turkish Restaurant (Halal Restaurant)

This recommended halal restaurant serves  sumptuous Turkish cuisines. It is also conveniently located when you go down the escalator from Aquafield.  Aside from the dishes being prepared by local Turkish chefs, the interior of the restaurant is also very nice which makes the dining experience truly authentic. Have a perfect hearty meal here when you visit Starfield Goyang.

Suncheon Bay Wetlands, serenity at it's finest

This is my favorite place in South Korea. The whole place is just stunning! During fall and winter season, the reeds also become golden brown which transforms the place. This time we went  during summer so everything was green! The Suncheonman Wetlands is a well-preserved natural coastline rich in biodiversity and acts as a sanctuary for animals especially migratory birds. The entrance facility looks really modern and at the same time, eco-friendly. Iksan Trip Part 2: Apple Vinegar Making Experience at Kosrak (고스락), the 4000-Jar Garden [The King Eternal Monarch Filming Location]

Kosrak (고스락) Kosrak Garden is one of the filming locations of the recent show "The King Eternal Monarch"!  It is a unique garden filled with as many as 4000 Hangari 항아리 (Jars) which are also used for fermentation. The jars blend perfectly with the landscape making a very unique combination perfect for your insta-shots. So many jars in one place! Such a nice way of immersing in Korean Traditional Culture.
